VP – Infrastructure & Renewables Coverage

We are partnering with a globally recognised real‑assets institution to support the continued expansion of their Infrastructure and Renewables coverage. The team operates with the focus and agility of a boutique, supported by the scale, research capability and deal flow of a bulge bracket IB. Strong momentum in the market is the driving force behind the additional hires, with multiple live mandates across renewables, project finance and M&A, and a growing APAC pipeline supported by the broader regional business.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Infrastructure across client management, transaction execution and the ongoing growth of the platform whilst mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers exposure to M&A, project finance and equity capital raises, primarily across renewable and energy transition assets.

While strong modelling literacy is required, Senior Analysts cover the heavy technical aspects and model building duties. The ideal profile will have:

• 6+ years experience within M&A and/or Project Finance experience within infrastructure or renewables
• Strong exposure to renewable energy transactions
• A commercial, client‑facing mindset
• Experience mentoring junior bankers
