Associate Director – Origination – Infrastructure Investment Platform

• Senior origination role with sustained pipeline across complex infrastructure and project finance transactions.

This is a senior origination hire within a leading infrastructure investment and project finance platform, supporting continued growth across a diversified pipeline of Australian infrastructure opportunities. The team is active across complex PPP and greenfield projects, advising on and investing in large-scale assets through development, financing and execution.

The role offers end-to-end involvement in infrastructure transactions, including origination, structuring and execution of both debt and equity solutions. You will lead workstreams on major bids and financings, oversee financial modelling and diligence, negotiate commercial and financing terms, and manage relationships with government clients, contractors, lenders and advisers. The position sits close to senior decision-makers and provides genuine influence over transaction outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6-9 years’ experience in investment banking, project finance advisory, infrastructure investing or senior debt lending
• Strong exposure to PPP structuring and competitive bid processes
• Advanced financial modelling capability across complex infrastructure transactions
• Deep understanding of risk allocation, financing structures and project economics
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and financing terms
• Background in infrastructure, particularly greenfield or construction‑phase assets, highly regarded
