We are representing mid-market fund seeking to expand its senior investment team. Based in Sydney, the firm has built a strong reputation across Australia and New Zealand for partnering with high-quality founder-led and privately held businesses to drive growth and transformation.

With a proven investment track record and capital to deploy, the team is now looking to appoint a talented and driven senior investment professional to help lead new transactions and support the ongoing growth of portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building capability, and the ability to engage closely with management teams to develop and execute growth strategies. You will have demonstrable deal execution and leadership experience within private equity or a related investment environment, ideally with exposure to mid-market transactions in Australia or New Zealand.

While the fund has established access to quality deal flow, an important aspect of the role will be to contribute to origination efforts, leveraging your own networks and insight into the mid-market landscape.
