A private capital investment firm is seeking to add an Investment Associate to support continued growth across its infrastructure and private equity activities. The platform operates with a highly execution-focused approach, investing across a range of transaction structures and working closely with management teams and co-investors.
The role offers hands-on involvement across the full investment lifecycle. Responsibilities will include market and sector analysis, financial modelling and valuation, preparation of investment materials, transaction execution support and ongoing portfolio monitoring. The Associate will work closely with senior investors and have direct exposure to investment decision-making, with scope to take ownership of discrete workstreams as experience develops.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Approximately 2-5 years’ experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, project finance, investment banking.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Experience supporting live transactions and investment committee processes.
- The ability to synthesise complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded investment insights.
- An interest in building a long-term career in private markets investing within a lean, high-performance environment.
