A top-tier global investment firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate / Associate to its Private Equity team in Australia. The platform has a strong record of partnering with management teams to drive growth and operational improvement, with a mandate spanning large-scale buyouts, minority investments and strategic growth capital. Continued investment momentum has created the need for a high-performing hire at the mid-level.

This role provides the opportunity to be hands-on across sourcing, diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. You will gain significant exposure to senior investment professionals and portfolio company leadership, while working across diverse sectors on landmark transactions.

The successful candidate willhave 3-6 years of experience in investment banking (M&A), top-tier strategy consulting, or an existing role within private equity. A strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation, coupled with commercial acumen and deal execution capability, will be critical. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to operate in a lean team with early responsibility and meaningful exposure.
