A global private capital platform is seeking an Associate to join its Sydney-based infrastructure investment team. The group has a long-standing track record deploying capital into essential services, transport, energy, digital infrastructure and other coresectors. Continued portfolio expansion and sustained activity in the Asia-Pacific region have created the need for a technically strong Associate with approximately 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, infrastructure funds, or a similar transactional environment.

In this role, you will work across the full investment lifecycle – conducting detailed industry and financial analysis, reviewing and building financial models, participating in due diligence, preparing investment materials, and contributing to committee processes. You will also support asset management activities, engage with management teams and advisors, and contribute to the development of sector theses and investment ideas.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, advanced modelling skills, and clear exposure to infrastructure transactions. Candidates from infrastructure investment banking teams, direct infrastructure funds, or adjacent asset-based sectors are well-suited. You will be commercially minded, organised and comfortable working independently within a collaborative and ambitious team.
