Investment Manager - Mid Market Private Equity Opportunity

The Role:

• Engage in all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution
• Take responsibility for specific workstreams as well as overall transaction process management
• Collaborate actively with the portfolio companies post-acquisition to suppport their transformation and growth
• Train, mentor and evaluate the work of junior employees to facilitate their ongoing development

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Private Equity, acquisitive Corporate Development, or Investment Banking
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in mid-market investing
• Positive, "can do" attitude that enhances the current culture
