Investment Analyst or Associate – Prestigious Private Capital Investor

Our client, a well capitalised private investment firm with a strong track record and a stellar market reputation, is seeking to hire an Investment Associate to be based in their Sydney office. This is a growth hire with the firm expanding their team as they embark on an ambitious diversification of investment mandate.   

The Role:

• Focus on PE style investing and minority to majority equity, across a range of sectors
• Assume a typical Analyst or Associate role on transactions, with core focus being on commercial and financial analysis of new transactions
• Significant involvement with portfolio businesses, namely their business improvement and growth strategies

Candidate Profile:

• A background in tier 1 investment banking or consulting
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A collegiate and collaborative mindset to work in a small team environment
