Investment Associate, Asset Backed Special Situations - flexible capital, APAC mandate, flat team structure

Our client provides innovative equity and debt capital solutions across a wide range of asset-backed situations with an emphasis on creative structuring and active investment management. The fund has a presence across APAC and an impressive local track record.

Due to a strong deal pipeline, they are now in a position to add an Associate to their Sydney investment team. The new hire will immediately gain exposure to senior leadership and stakeholders as part of their extensive regional network. This role will suit candidates with an entrepreneurial yet technical mindset, those comfortable in smaller and less structured team environments, and those who are creative and diligent fundamentals-based investors.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in Real Estate Investment Banking and/or Real Estate Private Equity. Candidates from other Real Asset backgrounds may also be considered. Applicants must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this opportunity.
