A leading global investment bank is seeking an Analyst to join its expanding Tech team. The firm has built a strong reputation advising high-growth and established technology businesses. 

This role offers the chance to work on complex public and private transactions within a high-performing team structure. You will gain direct exposure to senior clients and assist in end-to-end deal execution. The firm’s collaborative culture and commitment to developing junior talent ensure meaningful progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years’ M&A experience with strong analytical and financial modelling skills, sound commercial judgment, and a genuine interest in the technology sector. Candidates from investment banks, independent corporate advisory firms, or Big 4 Lead Advisory teams are encouraged to apply.
