Our client has established itself as one of the leading M&A platforms in the APAC region, with a particularly strong franchise across Industrials and Financial Sponsors. The team is well-regarded for advising on high-quality cross-border transactions and complex financings, drawing on the firm’s international reach and deep sector expertise.

This role sits within a high-performing but sustainably managed team in Sydney, offering Associates the opportunity to gain genuine transaction responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to senior bankers from day one. The group places emphasis not only on quality of execution but also on fostering a collaborative and balanced working environment, making it a compelling proposition for ambitious bankers seeking both career progression and sustainability.

The team is interested in M&A Associates with 4-6 years of experience gained in investment banking, corporate advisory or Big 4 corporate finance. Candidates should have strong technical foundations in financial modelling and valuation, proven execution capability, and a track record of contributing to live mandates. Cross-border deal experience and a genuine interest in Industrials and/or Sponsors will be viewed favourably.
