Our client is a leading independent corporate advisory firm operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence. The firm provides capital markets advisory, debt and equity capital raising, refinancing, and strategic transaction services, including M&A advisory.

Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to broker capital raisings (both debt and equity) and advising corporate clients on implementing such capital raisings, in addition to providing strategic advisory support to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining financial models.
- Conducting valuation, credit, and commercial analysis.
- Liaising with stakeholders to determine financial risks and deal structuring.
- Preparing client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda, management presentations, and submissions.
- Coordinating transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion.
- Assisting with due diligence processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Working closely with senior team members and clients across a range of transactions.
Experience
- Up to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Backgrounds in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance, or related advisory roles will be highly regarded, though candidates from adjacent backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with sound analytical capability.
