An established independent corporate advisory firm is looking to add an Analyst or Associate to its Sydney deal team. The business has earned a strong name for conflict-free advice on acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, and strategic options work. A busy live deal book means there's now a genuine opening for a capable junior to step into a hands-on execution role.

You'll sit alongside senior dealmakers on active engagements, building financial models, running valuation work, preparing transaction collateral, and contributing to client-facing materials. Because the team is deliberately lean, Analysts and Associates get real exposure to clients, boards, and capital providers early on, rather than being buried in back-office work.

Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years' experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, or Big 4 transaction services. Solid modelling skills, sharp commercial instincts, and a real appetite for deal execution and client interaction will set you apart.
