This leading investment bank is seeking an Associate to join its growing Tech team. The team advises established corporates, private equity sponsors and high-growth technology companies on strategic and financial transactions. The role has arisen due to sustained deal activity and continued growth across the platform.

Working within an execution-focused team, you will gain early exposure to clients and board-level decision makers. The position offers significant learning opportunities through close collaboration with highly regarded senior bankers and a strong record of completed mandates.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years’ experience in M&A or corporate finance, ideally within investment banking, independent advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance. Demonstrated transaction execution experience, technical strength in modelling and valuation, and a genuine interest in the technology sector will be key to success in this role.
