An independent ECM and corporate advisory platform is seeking acommercially driven capital raising and ECM professional to join its growingteam. Operating across two complementary businesses - one providing access to ASX placements and raisings, and the other originating and leading its own transactions - the group is well positioned for further growth. This hire will play a central role in expanding the firm’s investor base beyond existing networks of HNW and retail participants, targeting larger funds and family offices.

The role offers direct exposure across deal origination, structuring and execution, while working closely with the founders. With a strong deal-sharing network and extensive pipeline, the platform provides both breadth and depth of mandates. As part of a well structured team, you will gain significant responsibility and the opportunity to shape the firm’s future investor reach.

The position is open to candidates from Analyst through to VP level, with the final title aligned to experience. Ideal candidates may comefrom ECM desks, equities distribution, corporate broking or investor-facing roles within boutique investment banks or capital advisory firms. Corporate Finance candidates from Big 4 or other independent advisory platforms will also be considered if they have the right mindset. A strong network of institutional and wholesale investors is advantageous, but equally important is drive, commercial acumen and a genuine interest in building a business.
