A leading investment bank is seeking an M&A Associate to join its Real Estate team in Sydney. The group has established a strong track record advising corporates, private equity, and institutional investors on complex public and private transactions across the real estate and broader real assets landscape.

This role offers significant transaction responsibility from the outset, with the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on origination and execution. The platform provides strong sector breadth and a collaborative environment where technical capability and commercial judgment are highly valued.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience within M&A from a global investment bank, independent advisory house, Big 4 corporate finance team or a Real Estate investing platform, with a strong technical base in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.Prior exposure to real estate or infrastructure transactions will be highly regarded although not totally necessary.
