Investment & Development Associate

Our client is an Australian-based renewable energy platform focused on the development, ownership, and operation of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. With a presence across multiple electricity markets in the country, our client manages a diversified portfolio spanning various stages of the asset lifecycle - from early development through to long-term operation. Its growing pipeline positions it as a key contributor to the transition toward cleaner energy.

This exciting opportunity sits within the Commercial team of Development and is critical to the origination, development, and execution of their project pipeline. You will play a key role in the analysis, strategy and commercial activities required to ensure successful project delivery, requiring you to work closely across all functions of the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial, analytical, or corporate finance role, ideally in infrastructure, energy, or renewables; well suited to someone making a move from Big-4 or similar
• Enthusiasm to grow your career in the project development space.
• Very Strong Excel and financial modelling and analytical skills including VBA and other advanced tools; familiarity with energy market modelling is essential.
