East Partnership is mandated by an emerging private capital investor with a growing track record in Australia. The hire will be responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of debt capital solutions with a focus on the provision of project finance facilities. This strategy fits within the fund's broader private credit mandate, which is flexible, with the ability to provide capital across the capital structure in order to structure creative, sustainable and enduring solutions to best fit the client's growth plans.

This role will suit those comfortable working in as small team environment, where they will work across the transaction lifecycle, yet still very much be "on the tools". They will benefit from the support and mentorship of strong senior leadership, but should be comfortable running deals with limited execution oversight. Inclusive of possessing a strong execution track record, this person will be a natural relationship builder, able to originate new deals as well as delivering for the client over the long-term, rather than for short term gain.
