Our client is a long-term steward of capital, focused on delivering sustainable outcomes for members. The Public Markets team operates within a flat structure, allowing for high impact and cross-asset collaboration. You’ll help drive portfolio construction, manager selection, and implementation decisions that align with the long-term objectives of the fund.

Your role will be broad, making decisions that are all critical to the fund’s success, encompassing:

• Portfolio construction and strategic implementation
• Overseeing implementation and Manager onboarding
• Ongoing portfolio management

‍

You will have a minimum of 7-10+ years’ relevant experience in public markets, equities, or multi-asset investment roles, preferably gained outside the superannuation industry. Your understanding of equity risk premia, return drivers, factor investing, and inter-asset interactions will be exemplary, as the team are looking for you to bring a demonstrated track record of innovation, collaboration, and sound investment judgement. As a self-starter, you will have strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently within a flat, collegiate team structure.
