Join a high-growth, ASX-listed technology innovator as the Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Development. This is a pivotal role driving the company’s strategic growth agenda and shaping its engagement with the investment community.
About the Role
Working closely with the executive leadership team and board, you will:
- Lead the investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company’s vision, performance, and value proposition to institutional and wholesale investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of ASX releases, results presentations, annual reports, and investor communications.
- Manage relationships with equity analysts, brokers, and existing and prospective shareholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute corporate development opportunities including M&A, strategic partnerships, and capital market transactions.
- Support the executive leadership team in articulating the company’s strategic narrative to market participants and internal stakeholders.
About You
You will be a commercially astute leader with:
- A strong background in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking, c.8-15 years experience (VP or Director level in investment banking terminology).
- Ideally some experience of dealing with the investment community, through listed corporate exposure.
- Exceptional financial and strategic acumen, with the ability to distill complex information into compelling messages.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and credibility with investors, analysts, and the board.
- A proactive mindset and passion for contributing to the growth of an ambitious, entrepreneurial, mission-driven business.
