A leading investment banking platform is appointing an Associate to its Industrials/Sponsors team - a team at the centre of some of the market's most active dealmaking. The team advises leading corporates and private equity clients on M&A, capital raising and strategic transactions, with deal flow running strong across both mid-market and large-cap clients.

This is a front-row seat across the full deal lifecycle, with genuine exposure to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and listed corporates. Associates take on live mandates early, working closely alongside senior bankers while helping shape the next generation of junior talent coming through.

Suitable candidates will have 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or a top-tier advisory platform, with a strong track record executing M&A and capital markets transactions and sharp financial modelling and valuation skills. Experience across Industrials, diversified corporates or sponsor-led deals is a strong plus but not essential. If you're technically excellent, execution-driven and ready to broaden your transaction experience on a platform with real momentum, this is the seat.
