Investment Manager - Family Office

‍20-25 hours per week – but may grow over time

This first-generation family office is currently in it’s infancy, but will increase to in excess of over $300M in the near term, and will continue to grow.

The family is keen to invest for purpose, and so will seek to invest in emerging fund managers that have a similar ethos to themselves. At this stage, investments will be predominately through fund managers, although as the fund expands, the investment mandate may broaden.

The Founder is actively involved, and has built an Investment Committee to help guide the investment philosophy and decision making.  

This role has been created to facilitate that investment decision making and will encompass  

• Identifying and reviewing investment managers in line with the Fund’s mandate
• Preparing and presenting to the IC on those funds
• Drive the further development of the Fund’s policies – including defining ESG and other similar screening protocols
• Creating a comprehensive reporting structure  
• Assuming responsibility for asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing  
• Actively managing the Fund’s liquidity
• Generally assisting the Founder build a robust and enduring legacy

This role offers flexibility in both timing and location –so long as you are available to meet with the Founder as appropriate.
