An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join this highly collaborative team, who will bring their 5-7 years’ experience to the team. It is expected that experience will have been gained on the buy side or the sell side, or from an analytical role within a diverse property group.

We are looking for someone curious, who is keen to understand what makes high quality global property businesses tick.

Given the business runs a highly concentrated fund, you will need to look past the headline numbers to understand why that company deserves its position within the fund.

The team is collaborative, and they take a generalist approach to investing, meaning that you will not be tied into a particular sector of the property market, market cap or geographic location.
