We are delighted to be representing a leading Australian, Private Equity backed Renewables Developer, as they look to appoint a Corporate Finance and Strategy Manager.

In this high profile role, you will be responsible for supporting all of the company’s key corporate initiatives, including; raising and deploying capital for M&A, restructuring, divestments, JVs and commercial partnerships. You will regularly engage with senior internal and external stakeholders (C-suite and Board level), allowing you to hone your presentation and engagement skills and deliver valuable business insights.

This role will suit an ambitious corporate finance professional with solid experience in valuations and financial modelling, likely coming from investment banking, corporate advisory or corporate development.
