Our client has been notable in 2 key areas – exposure to high quality cross border M&A and financing transactions; and being able to attract and retain staff from leading banks & independents who are looking for good quality work but in a friendly, sustainable environment.

Due to moving someone offshore within their business, a gap has opened up for a senior Analyst or junior Associate. The role will be reporting to a well-known and well-liked senior banker who is busy on a range of interesting transactions. The culture is one of ongoing support, common goals and people genuinely enjoying their work over the longer term.

The role offers exposure to large multi-billion dollar M&A deals with complex capital structures whilst also giving staff access to smaller sponsor driven events across the market. This role will also interact closely with teams across the globe and will welcome offshore clients to Australia as part of their dynamic global coverage group.  

This role will suit an experienced Senior Analyst from a competitor investment bank or an Associate from a strong independent advisory firm.
